VETLIFE is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information.

We will not sell or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.

This policy applies to all information received by VETLIFE, both online and offline, as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.

To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.

We use secure servers to gather and process your billing information. Your billing information is not shared with any other organizations, and your credit card number is not retained once your transaction has been authorized and processed.
Protection of Information. To respect the expectation of privacy held by contributors with regard to confidential personal and financial information, VETLIFE does not share publicly certain information including, but not necessarily limited to, the following:

Biographical information on a donor unless authorized by the donor.
Information pertaining to donors or prospective donors (whether personal, financial, biographical or gift related) other than as authorized by the donor.
Lists, data, and other confidential and/or proprietary information that if publicly disclosed might jeopardize the organization’s ability to most effectively and successfully fulfill its mission.

Personnel records of VETLIFE employees or volunteers and other information that might infringe on an employee’s or volunteer’s reasonable expectation of privacy, other than information that is required to be disclosed by law.

Use of Information. We may from time to time use your Information for various purposes, including but not limited to the following:

We may use (i) User Information for purposes including, but not limited to, contacting you regarding your interest in VETLIFE, providing services you request, customizing our website and improving your experience and ours, (ii) Technical Information for purposes including, but not limited to, operating, administering and improving our sites and to customize your experience and (iii) Confidential Application Information only for the purpose of facilitating your transaction with the financial service provider.

When you provide Information on the VETLIFE website, you acknowledge receipt of and signify your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any future modifications or amendments we may make. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, do not provide us with Information.
