Support Starts With Sharing | Monthly Sweepstakes

1. Sponsor
The Support Starts With Sharing Monthly Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by VETLIFE ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, members of the Board of Directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or household member) of VETLIFE are not eligible to participate. Volunteers are eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
Entries must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last day of each calendar month. A random drawing will be conducted within seven (7) days following the close of the applicable entry period.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter by:
Scanning a Support Starts With Sharing campaign QR code and completing the entry form; or
Visiting the designated online entry form.
To complete an entry, participants must submit the current monthly code word and all required information on the entry form.
The monthly code word will be available through the Battle Buddy app or by request through the contact information provided on Sponsor's website.
Limit one (1) entry per person per monthly drawing. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified.
No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter or win.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a gift card with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $100.
Gift card type may vary at Sponsor's discretion.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable monthly entry period.
Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry.
If a selected winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. Publicity
By accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to announce the winner's first name, state of residence, and branch of service for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law or requested otherwise by the winner.
9. Privacy
Information collected through the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Participants who voluntarily opt in to receive communications from Sponsor may receive newsletters and updates and may unsubscribe at any time.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless VETLIFE and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.
12. Winner's List
To request the first name, state of residence, and branch of service of a winner, send a request through the contact information provided on the Sponsor's website within thirty (30) days following the applicable monthly drawing.
