1. Sponsor

 

The Know A Vet. Tell A Vet. Monthly Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by VETLIFE ("Sponsor").

​

2. Eligibility

 

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

​

Employees, members of the Board of Directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or household member) of VETLIFE are not eligible to participate. Volunteers are eligible to enter.

 

Void where prohibited by law.

​

3. Sweepstakes Period

​

One winner will be selected each calendar month. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last day of the month to be eligible for that month's drawing.

 

4. How to Enter

​

Participants may enter by:

​

• Scanning a Know A Vet. Tell A Vet. campaign QR code and completing the entry form; or

• Visiting the designated online entry form.

​

To complete an entry, participants must submit the current monthly code word and all required information on the entry form.

​

The monthly code word may be found within the Battle Buddy app and/or through designated campaign materials.

​

Limit one (1) entry per person per monthly drawing. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified.

​

No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter or win.

​

5. Prize

​

One (1) winner will be selected each month to receive a $100 gift card.

​

Gift card type may vary at Sponsor's discretion.

​

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

​

6. Winner Selection and Notification

​

One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable monthly entry period.

​

Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry.

​

If a selected winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

​

7. Publicity

​

By accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to announce the winner's first name and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

​

8. Privacy

​

Information collected through the Sweepstakes will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor's privacy practices.

​

9. General Conditions

​

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

​

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless VETLIFE and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.
