BOAT RAFFLE OFFICIAL RULES

The VETLIFE Boat Raffle (“Raffle”) is conducted by VETLIFE, a Michigan nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Net proceeds from the Raffle benefit VETLIFE and its mission to support veterans and military families.

1. ELIGIBILITY
The Raffle is open to individuals legally eligible to purchase a raffle ticket under applicable Michigan law.
VETLIFE reserves the right to determine eligibility and to reject or refund a ticket purchase that does not comply with these Official Rules or applicable law.
Ineligible Participants. VETLIFE employees, officers, directors, and members of its Board of Directors, as well as their immediate family members and individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to purchase raffle tickets or win a prize. For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes a spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses.
2. TICKETS
Raffle tickets are $100 each. A maximum of 1,000 tickets will be sold.
Each valid ticket represents one entry into the Raffle and has an equal opportunity to win.
Tickets will be sold only through methods authorized by VETLIFE and permitted under Michigan charitable gaming laws and regulations.
Ticket purchases are final except where a refund is required by law.
3. SALES PERIOD
Ticket sales will begin July 20, 2026 and will end at 2:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on November 14, 2026, or when all 1,000 tickets have been sold, whichever occurs first.
VETLIFE may discontinue ticket sales before the stated deadline as reasonably necessary to reconcile tickets and prepare for the drawing.

Approximate Retail Value: $43,881
The Grand Prize consists only of the boat, engine, equipment, accessories, and other items expressly identified above. Any items depicted in promotional photographs but not specifically identified as included are not part of the Grand Prize.
The prize is awarded as is, subject to any applicable manufacturer or dealer warranties. VETLIFE makes no additional warranties, express or implied.
The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any title, registration, licensing, insurance, transportation, delivery, storage, or other costs associated with acceptance and ownership of the prize unless expressly stated otherwise in these Official Rules.
No cash alternative or prize substitution will be offered by VETLIFE except as permitted or required by applicable law.
5. DRAWING
The winning ticket will be selected by random drawing:

All eligible sold ticket stubs timely received by VETLIFE will be included in the drawing, and each eligible ticket will have an equal opportunity to be selected.
Winner need not be present to win.
The drawing will be conducted in accordance with VETLIFE's Michigan raffle license and applicable Michigan charitable gaming laws and regulations.
6. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible tickets sold.
If all 1,000 tickets are sold, the odds of winning with one ticket are 1 in 1,000.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information associated with the winning ticket.
The potential winner must provide valid government-issued identification and may be required to provide additional information or documentation necessary to verify eligibility, satisfy applicable tax-reporting requirements, and complete transfer of the prize.
VETLIFE will make the diligent efforts required under Michigan law to locate and notify the winner.
Any unclaimed prize will be handled in accordance with applicable Michigan charitable gaming requirements and will not revert to VETLIFE except as permitted by law.
8. TAXES AND COSTS
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the winner is also responsible for all title, registration, licensing, insurance, transportation, delivery, storage, and other costs associated with accepting, owning, or using the prize.
VETLIFE may be required to report the value of the prize to federal or state taxing authorities. The winner must provide all information and documentation reasonably necessary for VETLIFE to satisfy those requirements.
9. PRIZE TRANSFER
The winner must cooperate with VETLIFE and, where applicable, the boat dealer, manufacturer, or other provider to complete all documents required to transfer ownership of the prize.
The winner assumes responsibility for the prize upon completion of the transfer.
10. TICKET AND PURCHASER INFORMATION
Purchasers are responsible for providing accurate and legible contact information.
In the event of a dispute concerning ticket ownership or eligibility, VETLIFE's official raffle records and the information associated with the winning ticket will control, subject to applicable law.
Tickets are valid only after payment has been received and the ticket has been properly issued by or on behalf of VETLIFE.
11. CANCELLATION OR CHANGES
If circumstances require the drawing to be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled, VETLIFE will comply with applicable Michigan Charitable Gaming requirements, including any required notifications, approvals, or refunds.
The drawing will be conducted only on the date, at the time, and at the location authorized under VETLIFE's raffle license, including any changes subsequently approved by the Michigan Lottery Charitable Gaming Division.
12. PUBLICITY
VETLIFE may publicly announce the name of the winner and information regarding the winning ticket.
By purchasing a raffle ticket, entrants agree that, if selected as the winner, VETLIFE may use their name, photograph, likeness, and general prize information for purposes of announcing and promoting the Raffle and VETLIFE, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
13. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By purchasing or accepting a raffle ticket, each participant agrees to these Official Rules.
VETLIFE reserves the right to correct administrative, typographical, or printing errors and to take reasonable actions necessary to preserve the integrity and lawful operation of the Raffle.
These Official Rules are subject to VETLIFE's raffle license and all applicable laws, rules, and requirements of the State of Michigan and the Michigan Lottery Charitable Gaming Division. In the event of a conflict, applicable law and regulatory requirements will control.
